2. Two months of workouts, including warm-up/ stretching, aerobic exercising, strength training, and cool downs 

3. Fitness checks, workout support, and nutrition advising

4. Motivational check-ins, reflection questions, and prompts.

We Lit! Standard Corporate Group Fitness Sessions (1-15) participants

60 minutes: $150.00

These high-energy endurance and strength training sessions will challenge your staff and push them to reach your goals. The training model includes High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), team-building fitness challenges, aerobic exercises, plyometric conditioning, resistance training, and mobility/ flexibility training.

Encourage your staff to prioritize their health and fitness, and experience the benefits of group fitness training on staff morale, wellness, work-life balance, job satisfaction, and performance! 

Equipment Needed: 

  • Yoga mat

  • Dumbells (10-25 lbs)

Level up! Corporate Group Fitness Sessions (16-30) participants

60 minutes: $250.00

The more, the merrier! These sessions include the features of the Standard Corporate Group Fitness classes, but will include many more team challenges and community-building activities.
